Robin Burkert

Vice President, Quality and Performance

Robin Burkert is a healthcare operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in social services and a focus on performance improvement. Her areas of expertise include behavioral health management practices and clinical operations; state, federal; and CMS regulatory requirements; operations/financial management; and marketing methods. She is known as an outstanding communicator and relationship builder with demonstrated success in developing effective partnerships to ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives.

As Vice President of Quality and Performance, Robin manages and oversees Liberty QualityCare®, a proprietary quality framework that governs performance standards and a package of quality improvement resources available to support every Liberty program. She also manages the competency evaluation process for all new hires and actively employed and independently contracted staff; oversees clinical risk management, including the review and analysis of sentinel event data; conducts root cause analyses; and provides performance improvement training and consultation to Liberty programs.

Before joining Liberty, Robin provided oversight of all performance-related activities for one of the largest providers of hospital and healthcare services in the United States and served in a variety of roles with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services for more than 12 years. She earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice (Minor in Sociology) from Pennsylvania State University.
